Guinness Ghana Held A Successful Bright House Master Class In Tamale

The 2nd edition of the “Bright House Master Class” took place in northern Ghana,Tamale at Mariam hotel on Sunday 17th of October 2021 after the official launch in Kumasi.

The main motive is to celebrate the creativity,ingenuity, progress narrative of creative art and sharing of experience so proudly demonstrated across Ghanaian and African culture which is centered on creative arts.The campaign is kind courtesy Guinness Ghana in partnership with 3music networks with a tagline “Black Shines Brightest“.

The bright house master class captured panels like Sadiq Abdulai Abu,Founder/managing director of 3music networks, George Britton, Talent Manager/Chief Executive Officer of GB Records, Incredible Zigi, award-wining dancer and choreographer, Yaw Boamah Oheneba, a multiple award-winning Fashion Designer and Hassan Al Alhassan, Manager of Fancy Gadam. The conversation was officially moderated by Nash Iddi, radio personality/Entertainment analyst. The facilitators shared how they began, challenges, experiences and breakthrough moments in their various crafts.

Head of Beers at Guinness Ghana,Roland Kwasi Larbi Ofori emphasized that Guinness, through “Bright House Master Class session and the Bright House Experience, aims to drive thought leadership,conversations about the creative arts industries in Africa and nurture young and aspiring creatives.

The bright house master class deliberation also covered all aspects of the creative industry as follows; Music, Media,Dance and Fashion.

Looking at where I started from,the journey has not been easy but what brought me this far is been passionate about what I do and putting in a lot of hard work. Through my hard work and determination, I’ve been recognized by Guinness and I’m leading a campaign.” Incredible Zigi shared his experience to aspiring and creative young ones in Tamale.

Abdulai Abu Sadiq,C.E.O of 3music networks emphasized on how and when musicians, songwriters and music producers are mandated to their intellectual properties. He said it is very important and necessary to always make sure every record is registered in order to be able to claim the right and royalties from your craft.

However,players in the creative art industry (Musicians,Fashion Designers,Media Personalities) were invited to be a part of the conversation.

After the Bright House Master Class,the campaign was climaxed at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, Tamale for creatives and aspirings to socialize and connect with each other.

Fancy Gadam and Sefa passed through as guest performers. Alhassan Abdul Razak (Dj Carlos) and Wendy Laarie were the hosts for the night.

However,the bright house master class and bright house experience which features a number of intellectuals shall move to Takoradi and finally to the nation’s capital,Accra.
